Adam was best teacher I have ever had. I took Linearity I and II with him and they were probably the most difficult classes I ever took in regards to the content but his engaging teaching style kept me interested and wanting to work hard to succeed. His grading was fair and transparent. His classes are hard but I wouldn't call him a hard teacher; I have had many easy classes with bad teachers that I would say were harder to do well in than Adam's classes. He was genuinely interested in what he taught and was able to present complex concepts in funny and interesting ways.

Keeps the class exciting and uses funny analogies to keep students' interest. He is well experienced in what he teaches and can relay this information well. Overall fantastic professor that I enjoyed thoroughly.

Pros: Great teacher, explains everything really well. He's a little scary at first but once you get to know him, he's really nice and really helpful. You'll learn a lot from him.
Cons: Even though his workload is light, his homework assignments are DIFFICULT. And his tests are usually a much harder version of his sample exam.
